This notice explains how ArchX handles personal information under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you send a project enquiry we collect the details you provide: your name, email, optional phone number, contact preference, project type, location and any project information you choose to share.

How we use it

We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to marketing emails.

Storage and access

Enquiries are stored securely with restricted access. Website analytics, where used, never include your name, contact details, address or project description.

Google Ads measurement

On archx.co.nz we use Google Ads to measure newly saved project enquiries and Website phone link clicks. A phone link click means someone chose to open their phone app, not that a call connected or was completed. Form starts, unsuccessful submissions and duplicate enquiries do not count as enquiry conversions.

When enabled, Google’s tag can use cookies, advertising click identifiers and technical information such as your IP address, browser and page visited to attribute actions to advertising. This information is not necessarily anonymous. Google processes measurement information under its own policies and may process it overseas. We do not send your enquiry name, email, phone number, address or project description to Google. Enhanced conversions and ad personalisation are disabled; this setup does not create remarketing audiences.

Your measurement choices

Google Ads measurement is enabled by default on our production website. You can turn it off for this browser below; enquiries and phone links still work. We store this choice on your device. Turning it off stops future conversion events from this site but does not remove information already sent or existing Google cookies. Clearing browser storage resets the choice. We also honour the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser supplies it.
